I have a washing machine, gas stove, a few utensils, a cupboard and a bed. Rest of the house is unfurnished. It is 2 min walk from Thakur Mall. The bus stop is outside the building. It is a very good society, decent neighbours, safe for women. Looking for friendly room mates (female). You will have to pay a total of Rs. 35,000/-. This includes your rent for 11 months and a refundable deposit of Rs.6000/-. No brokerage. Please contact me asap.
